I ordered 3 custom glasses. They arrived promptly, and were adorable, however one of the glasses arrived cracked up both sides and through the bottom. I contacted LylaBug explaining the situation and they sent a replacement glass no questions asked, for no additional fees. I was really appreciative of this and their custom service. I ordered two custom drink tumblers from an Etsy selling for an upcoming trip wherein I made it abundantly clear that i needed it by 11/11. When I realized that I would not have them in time despite their assurances, I ordered two from Lyla Bug Designs. I received prompt replies to my e-mail inquires and in response to a tracking number I was advised that my order has been delivered!!! The cups are adorable!

They sent these tumblers priority mail and they got here a day early. I can't express how wonderful that little surprise was. I absolutely loved my tumblers!! I ordered six of them, for me (bride),one Matron of honor and 4 bridesmaids. They all turned out so awesome. Even the box and they way they were individually wrapped was awesome!! So much time was put into these tumblers. Looked around for a while before stumbling onto this site.
